Details

Water-cooled thermopile sensor with UV coating for measuring pulsed & CW lasers between 300 mW and 150W. It can be used to measure 80W without water, intermittently, for up to five minutes. Direct RS232 interface.

This PowerMax-RS PM150-50XC sensor is a water-cooled laser power sensor intended for measuring lasers up to 150W, and up to 80W without water for short durations (up to five minutes at a time). It incorporates a UV absorber coating that is optimized for use at ultraviolet wavelengths. Spectral compensation is available from 157 nm to 1064 nm.

The sensor is terminated in an RS232 cable that interfaces directly to a PC or industrial controller. A DB25 model (PN 1098443) is also available.

The RS232 cable must be powered by 5 VDC. An optional external power supply (PN 1105557) is available.
