The UV BeamCUBE Fixed-Attenuator Module (UV-BCUBE) provides fixed attenuation and a beam pickoff to help attenuate the laser beam before it enters one of our LaserCam-HR II Camera Profilers. Optical filter elements have have 1/10th wave flatness specifications to minimize wavefront distortion when multiiple elements are employed in the beam path.

The UV-BCUBE utilizes the front surface reflection from an uncoated laser mirror to achieve beam samples at 2% to 10% of the incident laser power, depending upon the beam polarization. Multiple BCUBEs can be coupled together for even higher fixed attenuation levels. The BCUBE is often used in conjunction with a Barrel Set PN 1098426 and a UV C-VARM PN 33-6859-000.
